November, for many, means the official start of winter. Temperatures have certainly plummeted here in the UK, meaning log fires and hats and stews ahoy! Autumn is still very much present though, and utterly glorious. The leaves continue their colour changing, dancing performance, but frost and bare branches are just around the corner. After great anticipation and excitement, Frankie-Rose went back to Kindergarten this morning as a 'middle child'. In the state system, she would be starting school this year, but in the kindergarten system (the one used by most of the rest of Europe) she is returning to her second of three years of what is essentially pre school. And we are all totally smitten with it.
