SOME RECENT STYLING WORK, AND HOW YOU CAN WORK WITH ME THIS YEAR.

I was recently going through some old files and came across a load of work that I have never shared, so in in a bid to find my blogging mojo again (ahem), I thought i’d share them here. I also realised I dont talk about my work on my blog very often at all, something I would like to change.

As well as being a blogger and Instagrammer, I’m an interior stylist and cover editorial, real homes, events and product styling. I work 1: 1 with people to offer help with their homes, businesses or retail spaces; things like space styling, press breakfasts, help with home styling, etc. My year has started with a great retail styling project in Whitstable called Grain & Hearth for example; I’ve loved sourcing and pulling together ideas and inspiration for a bakery and cafe space.

Dave (my husband) and I often work together too, and we really like it! I was nervous about it at first; theres a lot of advice out there that says to not work with your partner but our skills complement each other and I love the work we’ve done. You can see some of our work below, and more over at our Studio 38 site too. He specialises in portraits and takes a mean headshot, but he is also brilliant with still life too. (more of his work here) Together we offer styling and photography packages.

I’m in the middle of writing a post about how I became a stylist with some tips for people (I get asked a lot) and am happy to answer any questions if anyone has any. Send me an email or leave a comment here if so.

If you’d like to get in touch about working together you can do so at h p bullivant at gmail dot com or find me on instagram.com/hanbullivant .

I’ve been busy on the retail styling job I mentioned above, and with my e-course students too, so this space has been a bit neglected this month. But I love writing and sharing here and have so so many ideas and blogs in drafts waiting to be finished and published. As Spring gathers force (IT’S MARCH ON FRIDAY!) i’m hoping to have some more time and energy to spend here, and have some new ideas up my sleeve too. I hope this post finds all of you really well, too.

P.S there are still some tickets for my Spring Day Retreat on the 23rd March if you fancy a bit of a boost. Details here.
